I wanted to organize outlets in my tool box. I was looking for strips that would hold sockets securely but wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. I've had sockets of all sizes, 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" so this set was perfect. Tools...and they're still on the strip. When you take the tabs off the holder break it off it's your fault - you're doing it wrong pull the bushing straight out or at a slight perpendicular angle to the strip I've never broken one so if you have, say, a set of spark plug tips and the set is just 4-5 you can remove the end caps pull out the tabs and put them on another strip this and then i cut the plastic guide to fit the application pretty easy and it looks clean for the price you can do Do what you will with them. First, a full set of 1/2" drive sockets will not fit on one rail. When you get to a size of 20mm and up, there is no room for the sockets side by side. They need more than one strip so get an extra set or like that. And yes, you can have extra tabs, but it's okay if you break one, right? All in all one of the best tool related purchases I've made from Revain.
