Review on AutoVoto by Gary Duncan

Product is great! However, their pricing structure does not match up with what you would expect from a $500+ per month subscription. Their plans start at $29/month (for 15 users) which is much cheaper than the competition and yet their pricing structure is higher than their competitors'. This leaves me questioning if they are undercutting themselves by charging more for less. The first thing you notice when signing up is that they force you to enter your credit card information right away. In order to avoid getting charged twice I had to create another account and transfer all of my previous contacts. Unfortunately the process was tedious and confusing and took nearly 30 minutes. After transferring my contacts I received a confirmation email stating that my new account was activated. After activating my account I realized that they were still requiring payment information. Upon submitting my payment information I was redirected back to the sign-up page where I was required to select a plan. My only other option was to cancel the service. This created two issues for me; firstly I did not want to lose access to the service while waiting for payment authorization and secondly I did not want to lose any of my existing contacts.
