These reels were purchased, first used, 17 days and 3 failed. I have requested a new set due to an error. The new set lasted 42 miles and this time two retired. So I have to ask for my money back at this point. The parts appear to be well made until you use them and they are not defective. I would not recommend anyone to waste money or time. I only gave three stars because it is very easy to work with them for returns/refunds. I also want to know why I paid 69.35 before tax and the refund is 59.75. So basically I also lost money on the $9.60 refund. My total was 73.51 but I didn't include taxes in the refund and I didn't have enough money.
