The best feature of this software has been that it does exactly what we need - alerting us whenever there's an issue with our medications! I dislike how long you have to wait after submitting your prescription before receiving any notifications from Goto pills.- It takes too much time between filling out prescriptions online and getting notified about them being off label/not safe /etc.. Sometimes i forget my phone at home so if someone calls me while im in class they cant reach me until next break which can be pretty late sometimes. We are using goto pill as well as other programs like medalerts etc., but nothing compares to having everything under one roof where all staff members know each others' information without needing separate logins. This helps reduce mistakes because everyone knows who should get alerted first depending upon their role within the hospital department.
