I like how easy it is for small churches who do not have an IT person or budget, yet need some type security system between computers in multiple locations at events etc., which are often needed (especially during large gatherings). Their support team does provide free trials with no commitment but if you cannot use their basic service they will ask what we would want instead! They also offer training options as well - this can be good so even new members/volunteers get trained properly when there's more than 1 staff member using them together online simultaneously-it eliminates paper work too by having all details written out digitally rather then manually typing things into excel files!! A very helpful feature especially since sometimes certain items may require signatures before being submitted; otherwise mistakes happen due its manual nature without any proofreading tools available until after submission has already happened. We were looking mainly towards keeping our attendance records up date along side other information about each event such us.
