I use it on the handles of crutches and my walking stick
I hurt my knee and the crutches quickly hurt my palms. I have this and it's great for padding crutch handles. You cut it to width, make a lengthways cut so you can put it on the handle, and then tape it in place. I did the same for my stick. Wow, is this effective for these purposes? My palms don't hurt anymore. Compared to buying cycling or athletic gloves, this is a much more effective, convenient, and inexpensive way to relieve palm pain when using crutches.
