Can provide excellent cushioning and comfort when placed at a standing desk. Front, side, and back strikes are good for massaging the feet and help change stance. There is enough room for multiple standing positions and even walking/swinging (I wear size 13 shoes so have large feet). For kicks, you can put one foot a little higher and after a while switch to a different standing position. The only downside to this mat is that the bottom is not non-slip. So if you use it on a hard surface that is also non-slip, the mat tends to slip a bit. It doesn't matter and I won't count it towards the product because it doesn't claim that. It's also not a problem if you have carpet. This is a great rug and I recommend it. I've only been using it for a month, but so far so good, no signs of wear.
