This item was sent to me on 06/16. They think I wanted to pay double money and wait 2 months for delivery in 2 days, but the second bill hasn't been returned yet! It doesn't help that Amazon support hung up after I asked if she was drunk! (She was drunk) so this is another request for a second bill refund! Also, the Coast Guard VHF radio is an emergency device, the people who order it plan to use it and it can be a matter of life or death and if we order it it's because we want it in a few days , not in months!
