Our hospital used some of these diapers during our stay and provided us with them, so we used them at home as well. Love the blue line when wet because it's so tiny - it's hard to measure unlike the larger sizes where you can feel the gel. They have a small opening for the umbilical cord, but my babies were so tiny that we often had to fold that part down a bit more. There were no leaks but when there were explosions we increased the sizes and that solved the problem so I think the pound range is inaccurate. Both of my kids were a little under 6 pounds, the first wore a size N for a month and the second for about 2 weeks, although both were growing at about the same rate. It was just a difference in where they gained weight.
