I think that in general, this is an excellent platform for managing customer relationships across multiple channels (phone calls/emails etc). It's very good at what it does! The reporting functionality could be improved but as far out of my experience with them so can't comment there either :) Highly recommended if your looking into CRM solutions or are already using one then definitely give ARCHEMYS another look. We use Archymas primarily where we manage our client accounts via email / phone call campaigns & also have some customers who utilised their web portal services too which were great experiences overall!!
