Excellent Consultant & Solution provider

Great platform for managing customer relationships

I think that in general, this is an excellent platform for managing customer relationships across multiple channels (phone calls/emails etc). It's very good at what it does! The reporting functionality could be improved but as far out of my experience with them so can't comment there either :) Highly recommended if your looking into CRM solutions or are already using one then definitely give ARCHEMYS another look. We use Archymas primarily where we manage our client accounts via email / phone…

  • Customer service was always fantastic they helped us develop custom reports to meet all requirements
  • Reporting capabilities exceeded most expectations; easily managed without any coding skills required.
  • Great support team ready when needed through regular weekly check ins from senior managers within account management department

  • Reports took much longer than expected turnaround time
  • Some features seemed redundant such "case studies" section not used by many clients no ability integrate other systems e
