I was lucky to get a bad speaker in the box. They replied very quickly and sent a new one. They wanted the bad guy to come back to find out why it failed and not only were they very apologetic and helpful, they were very kind, outgoing and extremely helpful. I feel like this is a quality company and I will definitely do business with them again. With this system you can connect the speakers to the wall, set them up in the app, connect the main unit to the TV and the viola! You have a very high quality surround sound; My system is 5.1 and expandable. If you're a total audiophile, critiquing everything to the nth degree and wouldn't settle for anything less than perfect and infinitely adjustable then you might look further, but if you like very good sound quality then you're in satisfied with his attitude. and then just enjoy it, and especially if wiring your surround speakers is a problem, this system could be for you. it was for me Love the overall sound, it can be tweaked to optimize the speaker outputs, you can tweak each channel, enhance voices and base, and it will handle all the different Dolby audio ratings. Another thing to note, not only is the sound strong and clear, but I haven't had any issues with any of the speakers picking up interference, static, or dropouts. I would definitely buy this again.
