I workout at an MMA gym and do both BJJ and Jiu Jitsu and this mouthguard was recommended by a couple different instructors

I have only had 2 other guards before this one (I think they were Everlast) and I couldn't get either of them to conform properly, nor would they stay in place when I open my mouth - even after boiling multiple times.I workout at an MMA gym and do both BJJ and Jiu Jitsu and this mouthguard was recommended by a couple different instructors. I don't know if there are better ones out there, but I got a great fit just following the instructions on the package.

Fits snug. Works perfect. Good choice

You get what you pay for. It doesn''t really stay tight on my teeth and I needed to trim a lot of it to make it bare able to breathe well. But for twenty bucks it looks really cool :)I use it for Muay Thai but if your running around a lot and leaving your mouth open its not that great
