My Ford 06 F-350 always started one cylinder at a time when it was cold. If it wasn't plugged in, I'd probably crank it until the batteries were almost dead. After replacing the FICM power module, it starts immediately, no matter how cold. Of course you have to warm up, but all cylinders work. Not bad to install. It took me about an hour and a half. The hardest part is getting the entire FICM and withdrawing it. A great product so far. Excellent price.
