Delivery on time and the board works. Unfortunately, this did not solve my cold start problem. I've replaced the glow plugs, a wiring harness, both batteries, fuel filters and now the FICM board, still starting problems.

The device outputs a stable voltage of 48V and sometimes up to 49V depending on my system voltage. They fit well and didn't have to force anything. The engine runs well, quiet and smooth. Would buy this device again in the future.

the product does not match the picture and it is complete rubbish! We installed it and within three seconds it exploded. In the first second we actually read 48.5 volts on our ScanGuage, which looked good. But immediately the tension began to drop rapidly. We pulled it out and saw the capacitor explode. Do not buy this FICM!

The product does not correspond to the photo. The actual product is a bulletin board, capacitors and other components are also different, which is a little worrying. That being said, it's easy to install and has anti-vibration adhesive around the main components but out of the way of the mounting holes. I've only set it for 2 days and it holds 48 volts but doesn't go any higher. Hope it is reliable in its time too.

My Ford 06 F-350 always started one cylinder at a time when it was cold. If it wasn't plugged in, I'd probably crank it until the batteries were almost dead. After replacing the FICM power module, it starts immediately, no matter how cold. Of course you have to warm up, but all cylinders work. Not bad to install. It took me about an hour and a half. The hardest part is getting the entire FICM and withdrawing it. A great product so far. Excellent price.

I bought this as an alternative to waiting for Dorman 904-229 to arrive. I installed it in FICM and the truck worked great. I drove the car about 50 km in 2 days. Suddenly it seemed to me that someone turned off 4 cylinders out of 8. I had to hobble back to the store and luckily I made it. I took out the FICM and found a few burned spots on the control module. Replaced this unit as soon as Dorman came out and have had no problems since. It could be just me, and it could be a coincidence, but…

FICM works great. We also had to replace the starter motor because we burned it when starting before we knew what the problem was. Pickup starts even when it's cold. This saved us a lot of money just on parts. I'm so thankful I found this at Revain. I had a mechanic replace a high-pressure oil pump, and when I paid him $3,000 and picked up the truck, he told me it was going to be cold now. It was easy to start before, so I won't go back to that. It took me a while to figure out what the problem
