Review on YQM by Mack Douglas

I must admit that I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience after shopping at YQM for the first time not too long ago. I bought a dress and a pair of shoes from there. The materials that were sent to me were of such a low quality that I would not even consider using them to clean my floors with. The outfit was made of fragile material and had loose threads hanging everywhere; also, the seams on the shoes were coming apart. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to call customer care regarding my order, I was treated with the service that was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. It was quite difficult to receive a response from the company, and when I did so, the employee was impolite and unable to provide any assistance. In every respect, YQM is inferior to the performance of other online businesses that sell products that are comparable to its own. The products are manufactured poorly and have a poor quality, and the company provides no customer assistance at all. This retail establishment is not one that I would ever suggest to anyone, and I would strongly urge others to avoid going there at all costs. My entire interaction with YQM was a total and utter letdown, and I deeply regret giving them the opportunity to earn my business. If I could give anyone advice, it would be to save their money and search elsewhere for higher-quality goods and more satisfying interactions with customers.
