Revised 5/19/2020. After running a known good PLA through my Ender 3, I found that I too had issues with a known good PLA. After fixing the extrusion issue with the printer, this PLA printed just fine. However, there is no valid contact information yet. Email without a website is a red flag. Especially when the email comes back as a dead address. ------------- No website or valid contact information. support@do3dd.com is returned as an incorrect address. I've tried everything to get this PLA to stick to the build plate of my SainSmart Ender 3. Higher and lower nozzle temperature, closer and further away from the build plate. Slower and faster speed. Higher and lower bed temperature. glass plate. Hairspray, blue tape, works!
