I returned my first order and received a replacement. It's not working properly. It vibrates and stops. It has a very low speed compared to similar products. It's ruining my carvings. I am absolutely dissatisfied. I'm afraid to return and ask for a replacement, I will continue to have the same problem. I therefore discard this point and close this chapter.
