. I decided to try these because they were the right size and looked like they had broken. I'm very glad I did. I took out the drawer, turned it upside down, loosened the screws, then pulled out the old ones (they usually stick when new). I put them in the same spot, screwed them back on, and added a few more screws for security. (The screws came with the rails). I didn't even bother drilling the pilot holes. That works great. I am very happy
