So I felt it was a bit pricey for what you got and probably spent a year playing around with special combinations of clips, weights and cheap cooling racks. I ended up spending more than the price on this rack. Any pans you use will rust soon after purchase. You just will. It was fun to play around with, but in the end this rack was necessary. Especially since I switched from insulating plastic balls to a rubber cap. I needed this rack to hold groceries in place and not rust. Three months later it has been used multiple times in my 12 liter Everie jar. My setup is shown here. Overall, that works best, and the no-swim strip is great for roasts.
