The perfect sous vide stand.

Perfect sous vide. High adjustment and top bar to prevent bags from floating. Perfect fit for my Rubbermaid 12 liter container. Very happy with this rack.

Cons
  • Definitely bad product

EXACTLY what I wanted!

Stainless steel sous vide rack is just what I was looking for! I didn't see in the comments that it specifically fits my 12L Cambro reservoir (12SFSCW135) with my Anova. It does! I love that the dividers can be placed where you need them by using as many (5) as you need and placing them where you want. This will fully satisfy my needs!

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Great way to keep food submerged!

This rack is just what I needed! It seemed that even with the vacuum sealer, the food would still float and might not heat up. Not only does the Geesta basket keep food evenly submerged in the water, but it also easily adjusts to accommodate different bag thicknesses, so it works well whether you're cooking chicken breasts or pork chops. I haven't used it extensively but it looks like it's sturdy and will last a long time.

Pros
  • I like everything so far
Cons
  • Upgrade available

Didn't know I needed it!

The design is superb as is the construction. I'm used to using a big pot without kids or even a sink! Advantages - Robust construction - Perfect size. I did a Boston butt this week, Chuck Roast. Both weigh around 4-5 pounds - water retention is excellent. Cook 40 hours and you might lose 1/2 or 1 inch of water. Disadvantages: wide rim. Not exactly a cheat, but I had a hard time stretching the Jool clamp over the edge. Now I'm fine and I figured out the best practices. Too bad I haven't bought…

Worth the cost; Wancle Sous Vide in an Everie 12Q container

So I felt it was a bit pricey for what you got and probably spent a year playing around with special combinations of clips, weights and cheap cooling racks. I ended up spending more than the price on this rack. Any pans you use will rust soon after purchase. You just will. It was fun to play around with, but in the end this rack was necessary. Especially since I switched from insulating plastic balls to a rubber cap. I needed this rack to hold groceries in place and not rust. Three months later

Pros
  • Handsome

  • Some flaws

First Impression: Sous Vide Machines

Seems to be a very good storage rack for sous vide cooking bags. Haven't used any of my new materials yet, but judging by the reviews, a lot of people use freezer bags instead of vacuum bags. I have FoodSaver vacuum sealers and a Waring packer so I shouldn't run into floating bags, but I went with this rack just in case. It folds flat and when folded the parts are held together with Velcro. A GOOD velcro that should last forever. The side rails fold down and you slide in the rack pieces to fit…

  • Only positive
Cons
  • Sufficient

The non-chromed leg was promptly replaced with a new one

If you use sous vide technology to cook at a precise temperature, this shelf comes in very handy for storing sealed food bags in the same order as books on a shelf , but with a gap between each packet. The flow of heated water is facilitated by a sturdy holder for multiple individually sealed food bags, allowing for easy water circulation with no hot or cold spots. In my beginner's experience, a rectangular water bath (like KITchenAid) rather than a round pot is the way to go. This stand allows
