Review on 🌿 Country Life L-Lysine 500mg with Vitamin B-6, 250-Count by Timothy Xayamonty

I was afraid of cheap punched pills with a sharp razor-like edge that I used to scratch my throat with. On the other hand, these are capsules that slide down my throat without even feeling them. I bought capsules from three different brands: Source Naturals L-Lysine, Country Life L-Lysine with B-6, and Super Immune Plus Lysine. The Country Life I have is 250 carats. it was in a nice big bottle made out of real tinted glass. There are many pills out there. The bottle is about twice the size of the regular ones you'll find on Vitamin Island. In terms of ingredients, L-Lysine supplementation is, without a doubt, a miracle supplement for me. I started taking it when I saw one of my colleagues at work taking it to suppress an ulcer. So I thought I'd give it a try and am happy to report that I haven't had a mouth ulcer in 3 years whereas I used to get it twice a year and lasted about 4 weeks each time. I take my usual maintenance dose of a couple of capsules a day. If I'm feeling stressed or have a slight tingling in my mouth, I switch to 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening. I actually have a power form of lysine that I can pour into a cup and mix with raw Metamucil, add water and drink, but it's a bit excruciating. Hats are much more comfortable. I've found that lysine also helps curb other viral issues like blisters. I had no side effects, just relief.
