Very strong for my opinion
I was apprehensive to purchase after reading a few bad reviews but my magnets came packaged very well and they are very strong even through a 2x4, lots of fun. I hung one from a fishing string and when I turned the 2nd one in my hand I could influence the hanging magnet from over 5 feet away.
