Poor product, the quality is below average.

In the months leading up to the epidemic in April 2022, I became aware that one of the pixels on my screen was defective. On the 31st of August, 2022, I went online to the Samsung website in order to find out the locations of the authorized service facilities. I learned that they offer a service in which the phone is repaired while it is being delivered to the customer by courier. Therefore, Samsung sent the phone to a repair shop in Hong Kong. I had to fight with the Samsung support service on a regular basis, demonstrating to the shop that there was a broken pixel on the screen and that my phone was being repaired under the terms of a factory warranty that was valid for one year from the date the phone was issued. After waiting for two weeks, they brought me a phone that had a cracked back cover; in order for them to fix my phone, I had to once again provide evidence that my phone had a problem of this nature.

  • Quick, with a high-quality screen and camera.
Cons
  • It scuffs easily, the number of contacts seems to be growing all the time, the battery seems to have lost some of its capacity in a year, and there is no warranty service.
