This is a simple electromechanical timer with green (on) and red (off) triggers. It was sold in two packs for twice the price. I use it to run a small electric heater. It has several ratings: 15 amp resistive, 15 amp inductive, 12 full load amps (FLA), and 12 amp conditioner. And it does not depend on the electronic network interface. This is old-school electromechanics.
