Cheaply Made: Wall Clock

I liked the size and look of this clock online but when I received it I was disappointed. They are plastic but the fragility of the watch put me off. I assumed it was a harder plastic, a little more durable. But I thought I could try to get it working, so I started putting everything together. Some of the plastic holes were already broken and then I thought maybe I could just tape them up and get them working (this is really because I don't like the hassle of returning and waiting for something new). Before doing so, I decided to make sure the clock worked first because I figured at the time that this thing wasn't going to last long given how cheap it was made. The hands of the clock seemed a bit thin. So I put in a battery and let it sit for an hour just to make sure all the pieces were glued together before starting my DIY project. Well after 5 minutes it stopped working. Hands stick together. Right now πŸ˜’ not impressed. I started disassembling and repacking what I had already assembled. I've spent over $100 for something that looks great from a distance but is very cheaply made and didn't last 5 minutes.
