Doesn't fit OBW 2002 2.5L

Doesn't fit, period. It is meant to be connected from the side closer to the engine block, however the diameter of the threaded side is smaller than the diameter of the receiving connection, therefore NOT SUITABLE OBW 2002 2.5L! Yes, I've tried "accommodating" things with different hose diameters, but without threads it makes no sense. want OEM Subaru part https://www.amazon.com/Subaru-11810AA040-OEM-Replacement-Valve/dp/B00IGZRX1A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1495847426&sr=8-1&keywords=aa040+pcv%5C now is all Well
