Bought to keep all the dirt and fur off my St Dane because she gets dirty and wet or dry and dusty when she socializes with my other dog or the my daughter's dogs rolling in the mud. My only issue was that the bottom size is loose when opened so I just strapped it to the kennel so she couldn't pull it in and also used something sitting on top to prevent the folded part from hanging down . she could draw as she is a puppy. I also went a step further and placed a folding box between the tarpaulin and the cage at the back and at the end where she didn't get the label and removed it. She is still a pup, only 13 months old and loves markings. Didn't want to cut it off if that doesn't work but no as she seems to love it daughter got one for her holy dane (my sister) and so far so good. She did the same to the boxes but she didn't seal the bottom and it's loose and I can mentally see her pup pulling her in or tripping over her. Otherwise your dog seems to like it too. If giant plastic cages weren't so expensive and difficult to clean we would take them, but they are a great alternative in the sense that they increase safety for dogs and make the cage easy to clean and the lid is removable if you wish too to wash.
