One aspect that was important to me was the actual bumpers at the seat base. My current seat has rubber bumpers that prevent the seat from sliding on the harness, an issue I've had with other toilet seats in the past. The listing mentions "RING BUMPERS: four-color bumpers" but they are very thin strips of the same plastic as the seat. At the risk of sounding pedantic, the word "bumper" implies something cushioning or cushioning, which they certainly are not. Other than that, it looks like a good toilet seat (although I never got around to installing it) but I'm returning it - there are better options out there with the feature I want for around the same price. Unfortunately, some toilet seats show the underside of the lid or seat like it doesn't matter!
