I like everything about this software, it's user friendly interface, easy system for recruiters (both internal & external), has all required features, no issues found anywhere in my opinion. If you are looking out good tool than definitely give eploy eRecruiting Software an try once! It's pretty much great as per needs & requirement of recruiter or applicant too. To enhance hiring efficiency we use with our sales team using cloud technology with integrated CRM/SFA systems which make things easier. The best thing about this software is its ability to search for candidates within our organization, as well as other companies in the same industry. It also has an excellent reporting function which allows us to keep track of all candidate data. I dislike how it sometimes takes too much time to load or navigate between pages. This makes using the system cumbersome at times. We have been able to use the program to find qualified candidates we need for positions within our company.
