We use this platform as our point of contact for all customer service inquiries throughout each booking process - from initial inquiry until check-in/checkout confirmation email sent directly back out into their system via DMARC (DMARChain).
This allows us complete control when customers are communicating with another party within Hotels' team without having access or knowledge that they're even speaking across channels at same time! Not much I dislike about it; would love some customization options though!! Would most definitely recommend using channel manager if your business is looking forward towards creating new relationships between guests & hotels / brands alike.
