Looks great. The glossy surface looks very nice. You can watch YouTube videos on how to remove/install. I recommend that you remove the bolts holding the fender in place to gain access to the back of the grille. It's difficult to remove, but you don't risk damaging the grille or fenders. When installing, before sliding, ensure all clips line up with the holes in the fender.
