The platform is super intuitive to access data for different teams across your business allowing our marketing team (an internal startup) have control over their own campaign success! I had issues with uploading attachments through chat messages but once that was sorted things went seamless & easy from there onwards 👍🏻 Definitely recommend reaching out before using - they were able get this resolved straight away as we wanted new software too quickly! Helping us use more modern CRM tools such as Slack which saves time by being simple + mobile friendly rather than having excel spreadsheets of previous contact details etc I love that we have been able to use it for all of our campaigns as well! It's really helped us with tracking performance across multiple channels including social media marketing. There is nothing i dislike about this product at least not yet but if there was something specific then maybe they could improve upon their service? We do like how easy it has made creating content & running ads/marketing projects much more efficient than before using other tools out there.
