A great resource centre tool especially when utilised internally

The platform is super intuitive to access data for different teams across your business allowing our marketing team (an internal startup) have control over their own campaign success! I had issues with uploading attachments through chat messages but once that was sorted things went seamless & easy from there onwards πŸ‘πŸ» Definitely recommend reaching out before using - they were able get this resolved straight away as we wanted new software too quickly! Helping us use more modern CRM tools such

  • Customer support and ability to make use of software for a variety of uses

  • It'd be great to be able to have a more dynamic user interface as well as more flexibility for inputting data currently it can be a bit confusing
