Review on CrunchMetrics by Donald Phillips

The program is very user friendly. I was able to use it without any prior knowledge of how to use a computer or other software. It has been easy for me to teach my employees how to use this software. At times, it does not always work when you need it to function. A couple of times, the program did not allow me to see my report at all. Sometimes, the program crashes or shuts down. I'm currently looking into other types of programs but we have not found anything yet. We have used this software to track and analyze our sales performance.
