Description of CrunchMetrics

CrunchMetrics is an advanced anomaly detection system, that leverages the combined power of statistical methods and AI-ML based techniques to sift through your data to identify incidents that are business critical in nature. It examines historical data to understand and establish what is ‘normal’ behavior, and then constantly monitors data streams to single out ‘abnormal’ patterns, known as anomalies.

Review about Performance Metrics: CrunchMetrics

The program is very user friendly. I was able to use it without any prior knowledge of how to use a computer or other software. It has been easy for me to teach my employees how to use this software. At times, it does not always work when you need it to function. A couple of times, the program did not allow me to see my report at all. Sometimes, the program crashes or shuts down. I'm currently looking into other types of programs but we have not found anything yet. We have used this software to

Very good data extraction capability and reporting

I like how we can create dashboards from our reports so they're useful for management purposes too! The UI could be improved by adding more features such filters or dates/timespans etc but not enough people would use it otherwise!! Great tool if you have multiple sources across different systems - easy way forward when there's lots going back & forth between departments with little access rights at present time.- Data quality checks very important before sending into CRM platform (as this isn't

Very friendly technical staff, helpful product

What I liked about it was how easy they make analytics accessible for nontechnical users (my clients) by having all their tools available via dashboard so there were no questions regarding where or which tool would be right fit them exactly! They also had good customer support team who could help me with any concerns during implementation phase - but honestly don't want go back from our partnership because everything went great :) The benefits we got using this platform include saving time…
