Review on CrunchMetrics by Jerry Estrada

I like how we can create dashboards from our reports so they're useful for management purposes too! The UI could be improved by adding more features such filters or dates/timespans etc but not enough people would use it otherwise!! Great tool if you have multiple sources across different systems - easy way forward when there's lots going back & forth between departments with little access rights at present time.- Data quality checks very important before sending into CRM platform (as this isn't 100% reliable).
