
I have struggled with SIBO and food intolerance for several years. Constant reflux and bloating. Literally everything gave me reflux. After multiple treatments for SIBO and thousands of dollars in quality supplements, this helped a lot in just a week! The secret of L-glutamine lies in the DOSAGE! One resource suggested starting with 10g and increasing to 40g per day. DO NOT DO THAT! I started with 2.5g twice a day and increased by 2.5g every other day (twice a day).
