Review on IMUSA MEXI 86008 Tortilla 8 Inch Silver by Rui Hanson

We bought this bad boy when we first started mass producing tamales. We pop in a parchment/wax paper paste ball and it instantly flattens out, ready to fill and roll out! This reduces the cooking time of tamale by HOURS SERIOUSLY! Didn't use it for the tortilla though. Also, my only complaint is that the paint REALLY chipped where the pen pressed on it. But since we use it with wax paper, that hasn't been a problem for us so far. Great if you need/want cheaper than cast iron.
