Review on 🔌 Tripp Lite U360-004-SLIM: Compact 4-Port USB 3.0 Super Speed Hub for Portable On-the-Go Connectivity by Trevor Garrett

Bought to connect to my new MacPro (Late 2013). It worked fine for the first day or so, but then it started resetting USB hard drives quite frequently. After that, I couldn't get other devices connected to it to work. I tried different USB 3 ports to the computer with no change. I measured the voltage from the power supply and that was good too. What was ever wrong with him was simply his refusal to communicate with the computer. I contacted support and they said they hadn't heard of this issue but would send me a replacement. [edit] I upgraded this item from 1 to 3 stars after receiving a replacement from the manufacturer. The new one works well so far, but I'm more impressed with the speed and courtesy of Tripp Lite's tech support. So while the product may be "if in doubt," the warranty is pretty solid.
