I like that it gives me insight into my officers' schedules so they can be better prepared for upcoming events while also allowing them to plan ahead with their personal schedule as well! It's easy enough to use but sometimes you do have questions or need some clarification about something in particular; however, our support team is very responsive when we reach out via email or Twitter (or Facebook).
