
It seems to work well on the muscles. I've been taking this and krill oil for the last month. I take this every day even if I'm not working out on a certain day and I've noticed that after about 5 or 6 days I have less muscle soreness. Although I'm still in pain, the amount of time seems to be much shorter than it was prior to taking these shakes. Whether it's mental or real, it seems to be working, so I'll keep using it. TASTE: The lemonade is very good, not too spicy, sour or sweet. MIXING: The first few times I used the recommended amount of water (8 to 10 ounces) but it didn't mix well and some of it stayed unmixed while some stuck together despite vigorous shaking. So I started mixing it with about 30 ounces of water and now it mixes well.
