This disc provides a good clearance between this drill bit adapter (MATCC 7pcs 3/5/6/7' Buffing Pads, Sponge & Wool Polishing Buffing Discs with M10 6' Drill Bit Adapter) and wet/dry grinding discs. This is enough to use a drill adapter (which is too complicated on its own) to shape bondo and smooth out old painted surfaces for priming. Used with 180 grit dry pads and 400-3000 grit wet pads. Sticks to all brands of sandpaper, not afraid of water. It just works.
