My kid was happy with it but I did have to adjust it before it was rideable. Trucks are very loose. The front truck was almost coming off so I took them both off, seated them properly and then tightened them down. Wheels were not on properly either. Two of them were jiggly. Took them all off, repacked the bearings and then lubricated them before putting them on properly. Not a big deal, took about 40 minutes total. Was way easier to ride after the adjustments. So far so good. I even rode it a bit and I'm 200+ pounds. Great first board.
