I regularly buy clothes from New York & Company for work. They are good quality for the price. This skirt was a failure for me. The length was good for my 5ft 4in height. The waist fitted well, but I found it too tight around the hips and stomach, and the ruching in that area looked unflattering. Also, this cut was too high for my workplace and because it was tight, it showed a lot more legs than I thought.
