
Has decent gain but doesn't play very well on old, commonly used vinyl records. All the pops, clicks and defects are very loud even on freshly cleaned records. It lacks the warmth you need from vinyl. I ended up going back to the cheaper Audio Technica cartridge because it sounds better on most of my records. More expensive doesn't actually mean better.
