I like how easy it is to create my own pattern pieces and use them in my work. It has a very user-friendly interface compared to its contemporaries such as DYMO (RIP), which required an advanced degree program to learn. It's not that hard to use, but there are some quirks. For example when drawing on screen or using a scanner, it likes to jump around a little bit. This doesn't detract much from your work if you're familiar with it, but it makes it more difficult to learn. If you want a software as good as CAD programs, it may be worth purchasing a license, as this one is only free to use for nonprofit organizations. We primarily used the tool to take existing pieces and modify them to fit our needs, primarily reducing parts counts and modifying dimensions to suit customer requirements. I love the ease of use, the ability to create any type of pattern I need. The ability to create a pattern and then have it be used by the software is great. I dislike the fact that the software has a lot of errors and I'm not able to use it on my computer. I would like to see the software become more stable and have fewer errors. I'm able to create patterns and make sure they are used correctly.
