These knives rust very quickly
Less than three weeks after purchasing these "stainless" knives I had to throw away two of them due to rust and I expect them to arrive soon. They are also not as sharp as advertised, not cutting so much as scraping with their jagged edges. I'm sure I'd throw them all away due to rust within a few weeks. To me, they're a waste of money, nowhere near as sharp as advertised, and awkward to use - not because of their "ergonomic" handles, but because of the need to rip food into chunks instead of slicing.
