I got this film to give my Subaru Impreza's fog lights a yellowish tint. Functionally, the thing worked great. I used the circular template to cut out a few pieces the size of my fog lights. Then peel off the clear backing to reveal the sticky side. I stuck the foil over my cleaned fog lights and used a hair dryer and finger pressure to stick it to the fog light lenses. Ideally, the fog lights would have been removed from the housing so that I could stretch the film over them better, but I decided to install them without removing the headlights. This method left a few creases and bubbles on the film, but you can't see them from more than 10 feet away, so I don't care. I deducted 1 star because the roll was wrinkled/crumpled. Although it was in a sturdy cardboard tube, it looked like the roll of film had been crushed during packing or something. This made portions of the film unsuitable or less desirable for tinting. Luckily I had enough material to touch up the fog lights at least a few dozen times, so I still have a lot of material left over. I hope they last a long time and I don't have to reinstall the tint often. I will update the rating when they start to wear out.
