This is probably the best money I've spent on my 1998 GMC Sierra (K1500). This kit bypasses your truck's weakest link (aging leaf springs) and gives you the confidence to tow it like the truck was new. You can do the installation yourself, although the estimated completion time is a little optimistic if you're doing it for the first time. Be sure to spend some time removing the rust and it will likely require some drilling no matter what they say. I highly recommend spending $8 on a T-hose fitting so you only have one inflation point on either side (and one hole in the bumper). Some people use different pressures on each side but I can't figure out why and I really like having a single system. The system has held up well over the years since I've bought it. Inflating sacks up to about 50 lbs. a bike pump will handle almost anything I can fit in the back. Driving is normal, as if nothing had happened. Good product!
